- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage
- Original tags must be attached
Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via email.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

- Accessories (including jewelry and hats)
- Bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear
Preorder Items
Preorder items cannot be canceled or refunded.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by this policy, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with fit, color, delivery timing, or preorder delays.
Any chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be disputed with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
