Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding preorder items.
Preorder Shipping
Items marked PREORDER are not currently in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page. Typical turnaround is 10–14 business days, though timing may vary due to supplier or shipping delays.
By purchasing preorder items, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Mullins, South Carolina only.
To avoid shipping charges, use discount code LOCAL at checkout. Shipping charges will not be removed if the code is not used correctly.
Once items are ready for pickup, they will be dated on the tags and customers will be notified.
Pickup items must be collected within 7 days of being marked ready for pickup.
After 7 days, unclaimed items will be donated with no store credit, refunds, or replacements provided.
If you are unable to pick up your order within the 7‑day window, shipping is available upon request and must be arranged and paid for before the pickup deadline.
Mixed Orders (Preorder + In‑Stock Items)
If your order contains both preorder and in‑stock items, items may ship separately or together once preorder items arrive.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks Related to Shipping or Pickup
Chargebacks related to shipping delays, carrier issues, delivered packages, local pickup timing, failure to use the local pickup code, or unclaimed pickup orders will be disputed using tracking information, pickup notifications, order records, and acceptance of this policy. By placing an order, you accept all policies as outlined.
