By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.


General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices, product availability, and policies are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.


Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless otherwise stated in our policies.


Final Sale & Store Credit Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns, when eligible, will be issued store credit only. Store credit has no cash value and is non‑transferable.

Items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (including jewelry and hats)
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear

Preorder Items

Items marked PREORDER are not currently in stock.

Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page. Delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
All preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.


Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding preorder items.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Mullins, South Carolina only.

To avoid shipping charges, customers must use discount code LOCAL at checkout. Shipping charges will not be removed if the code is not used correctly.

Once items are ready for pickup, they will be dated on the tags and customers will be notified.

Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of being marked ready for pickup.
After 7 days, unclaimed items will be donated with no refunds, store credit, or replacements provided.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 7‑day window, shipping is available upon request and must be arranged and paid for before the pickup deadline.


Mixed Orders

Orders containing both preorder and in‑stock items may ship separately or together once preorder items arrive.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by our policies, including but not limited to:

  • Fit or color dissatisfaction
  • Shipping delays
  • Preorder delays
  • Failure to pick up a local pickup order
  • Delivered packages
  • Failure to use the local pickup discount code

Any chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be disputed using proof of delivery, order confirmation, pickup notifications, and acceptance of these policies. By placing an order, you accept these policies.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of this business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates.
